Manner of representation

1. Subject to paragraphs 2–5, each member of the management board is authorised to submit and sign declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 2. In matters concerning the foundation incurring property obligations or disposing of property: declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted as follows: 1) if a one-person management board has been appointed, independently and without limitations by the only appointed member of the management board; 2) in the case of a multi-member management board: a) for acts concerning a right with a value not exceeding PLN 1,000,000.00 (in words: one million zlotys 00/100), by each member of the management board independently; b) for acts concerning a right with a value exceeding PLN 1,000,000.00 (in words: one million zlotys 00/100), by two members of the management board acting jointly.
