Manner of representation

The joint action of two members of the management board is required to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association. The management board may grant the person or persons managing the association's day-to-day activities general powers of attorney to act on behalf of the association within the scope of ordinary management. Two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President, are authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association in all matters, including representation, undertaking financial obligations, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney.
