Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to represent the foundation, conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make declarations of will in all property matters, except for point 2. 2. When incurring financial liabilities whose value exceeds 50,000 00 złoty, declarations of will must be made by two members of the management board acting jointly. If the management board is a one-person management board, joint action by the President of the management board and the Chairperson of the Foundation Council is required. 3. The signature of one member of the management board is required for submitting applications, letters and explanations in matters other than property matters.
