Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President signs independently for the purpose of making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, as well as for the validity of all letters, documents and declarations, particularly in matters concerning the foundation’s property. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, as well as for the validity of all letters, documents and declarations, particularly in matters concerning the foundation’s property.
