Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board of the foundation or the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation is authorized independently to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, or two members of the management board acting jointly. The President of the Management Board has the right to dispose of a right or incur an obligation to render a performance up to PLN 500,000 per month, and the Vice-President up to PLN 200,000 per month. If it is necessary to dispose of a right or incur an obligation to render a performance exceeding PLN 500,000 per month, a resolution of the management board is required.
