Manner of representation

1. The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the DIPLOMA BELLUM foundation: 1) in the case of a one-person management board (without a commercial proxy) – one member of the management board independently; 2) in the case of a one-person management board that has appointed a commercial proxy (joint commercial proxy) – one member of the management board jointly with the commercial proxy; 3) in the case of a multi-member management board – two members of the management board acting jointly, or one member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy (joint or sole commercial proxy); 4) a sole commercial proxy, irrespective of the number of members of the management board. 2. Disposing of a right or incurring an obligation to provide a performance in a manner other than that described in points 1) to 3) above is ineffective vis-à-vis the foundation.
