Manner of representation

1. The company may be represented by each of the partners acting independently in all acts which do not exceed the scope of the company's ordinary activities, whereby the scope of the company's ordinary activities refers to matters consisting in the company performing a legal act of an obligating or dispositive nature, under which the value of the company's performance does not exceed PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand złoty), except for entering into credit, loan or leasing agreements, which, irrespective of the value of the performance, are treated as acts exceeding the scope of the company's ordinary activities. 2. In order to represent the company in acts exceeding the scope of the company's ordinary activities, joint representation by at least two partners is required.
