Manner of representation

1. In matters concerning property and non-property matters other than those indicated in point 2 below, two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board, are authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 2. Contracts and other liabilities up to the amount of PLN 10,000 (in words: ten thousand złoty 00/100) may be signed independently by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board, whereas in the case of contracts for amounts exceeding PLN 10,000 (in words: ten thousand złoty 00/100), the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President, are required. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by the President of the Management Board.
