Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraph 2, shall be made by all members of the management board acting jointly. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President. 2. In matters concerning: 1) the employment of employees; 2) incurring pecuniary liabilities with a value not exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand) – declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President.
