Manner of representation

1. The management board of the union, or, pursuant to a resolution of the management board, the Chairperson of the union, is authorised to represent the union externally, and the Chairperson of the union and one member of the union’s management board, acting jointly, are entitled to make financial declarations and declarations in property matters, as well as to sign all agreements resulting in the disposal of the union’s property. Pursuant to a resolution of the management board, the Chairperson of the union acting independently may be authorised to make the above-mentioned declarations. 2. In matters exceeding the scope of powers arising from point 1 above, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the union’s management board is required. 3. A person holding a power of attorney from the union’s management board is authorised to negotiate and sign collective labour agreements and other collective arrangements.
