Manner of representation

The association shall be represented externally by the Management Board of the association or, pursuant to a resolution of the Management Board of the association, by the Chairperson of the association; declarations of will in financial and property matters, as well as the signing of any agreements resulting in the disposal of the association's property, may be made only by the Chairperson of the association and one member of the Management Board of the association acting jointly. Pursuant to a resolution of the Management Board, the Chairperson of the association acting independently may be authorised to make the aforementioned declarations.
