Manner of representation

1. The President or the Vice-President independently represents the foundation externally and submits declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including confirming the conclusion of an employment relationship with the foundation, subject to the powers of the Foundresses’ Council, which gives its prior consent to the management board entering into and terminating employment relationships in positions specified by the Council. 2. In matters related to the foundation incurring financial obligations exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by at least two members of the management board acting jointly.
