Manner of representation

1. If the management board consists of 1 person, the President independently is authorised to represent the association, in particular to make declarations of will on behalf of the association and incur property liabilities. 2. If the management board consists of more than 1 person, the following are authorised to represent the association, in particular to make declarations of will on behalf of the association and incur property liabilities: - in the case of a two-person management board: the President independently, or the second member of the management board acting jointly with the President; - in the case of a three-person management board: the President independently, or the remaining members of the management board acting jointly with the President or another member of the management board.
