Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the sole member of the management board represents the foundation independently. In the case of a two-person management board: declarations of will in non-pecuniary matters may be made by each member of the management board independently. Declarations of will in pecuniary matters with a value not exceeding PLN 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand złoty) may be made by each member of the management board independently. Declarations of will in pecuniary matters with a value equal to or exceeding PLN 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand złoty) are made by the President and a member of the management board acting jointly.
