Manner of representation

- The President of the District Management Board represents the district externally (§ 39(1) of the Articles of Association). - In current matters, the President of the District Management Board independently represents the district of the World Association of Soldiers of the Home Army. In financial matters, in accordance with § 51 of the Articles of Association (§ 39(7) of the Articles of Association). - Declarations of will concerning incurring obligations, acquiring and disposing of assets subject to the conditions specified in the provisions of the Articles of Association, as well as financial, cash transaction, settlement and other documents, are signed under the association’s stamp by two persons: 2. In the District Management Board: the President or Vice-President together with the treasurer (§ 51 of the Articles of Association).
