Manner of representation

1. The foundation is represented independently by the President or Vice-President of the management board in all cases, subject to §13 sections 2, 3 and 4. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation related to incurring property liabilities may be made by the President of the foundation independently, or by two members of the foundation’s management board, including the President, acting jointly. 3. In agreements and disputes with members of the management board, the foundation is represented by a member of the foundation council designated by the foundation council in a resolution. If there is no foundation council, in agreements and disputes with members of the management board, the foundation is represented by the President of the Management Board or a member of the management board designated by the President of the Management Board in a resolution. 4. Agreements with the foundation’s employees are concluded by the management board represented by the President of the Management Board. In disputes with employees, the foundation is represented by the President of the Management Board.
