Manner of representation

1. In the case of appointment of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized independently to make declarations of will, dispose of rights or incur property obligations, or, in the case of a multi-member management board, two members of the management board acting jointly are so authorized. 2. Each member of the management board is authorized independently to make declarations of will, dispose of rights or incur property obligations with a value of up to PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys).
