Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board makes declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board acting jointly with another member of the management board, or the Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly with another member of the management board, makes declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, provided that, in matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 10,000 (fifty thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President. In the case of periodic benefits, their total for a one-year period is taken into account.
