For legal transactions concerning continuous or repetitive legal relationships, the planned value of the performances in the first year following the legal transaction is aggregated. In the case of transactions other than property transactions, if the management board is a multi-member management board, the joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations on behalf of the company.
