Manner of representation
1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to section 3, are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. If the management board consists of only one person, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to section 3, are made independently by the member of the management board, who shall immediately inform the foundation council of the subject matter and nature of such declaration. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring property liabilities below PLN 5,000 (five thousand), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the foundation.
