Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including declarations concerning property rights and obligations. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including declarations concerning property rights and obligations. 3. In agreements between the foundation and a member of the management board and in disputes between the foundation and a member of the management board, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by the founder by resolution.
