Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the foundation is represented by the President independently. In the case of the appointment of two or more members of the management board, the foundation is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly, provided that the President of the foundation may also represent the foundation independently. In the event of the death, resignation or removal from the management board of the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President automatically becomes appointed to perform the function of President of the Management Board, unless a resolution of the appropriate body provides otherwise.
