Manner of representation

For representing the association, including entering into agreements, incurring other pecuniary and non-pecuniary liabilities, granting powers of attorney, making other declarations of will or knowledge, and acting on behalf of the association: 1. for transactions consisting in incurring a liability or disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 2,000 or its equivalent, or of unlimited value, as well as for granting general powers of attorney – two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised; 2. for other transactions – the President or any other member of the management board acting independently is authorised.
