Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President and another member of the management board acting jointly and in agreement, subject to paragraph 2. Declarations of will, both in property and non-property matters, on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, shall be made independently by the President of the Management Board. 2. In matters not related to incurring property obligations whose value exceeds PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys and 00/100), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made individually by the President of the Management Board. 3. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board independently.
