Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board. In the absence of the President, a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the Vice-President of the Management Board jointly with a member of the management board. 2. In matters not related to incurring pecuniary obligations exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the Vice-President of the Management Board. 3. Civil-law agreements–including lease or tenancy agreements–with a member of the management board who is also a founder shall be concluded by the management board by resolution. 4. Persons authorised to represent the foundation in particular areas of the foundation’s activities may also be attorneys-in-fact appointed by the management board of the foundation.
