Manner of representation

Representing the association externally is the responsibility of the President or Vice-President. The following are authorised to represent INTERKOL, conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will in property matters: the President, Vice-President and treasurer. The following are authorised to make all declarations and applications on behalf of INTERKOL, conclude, amend and terminate agreements, submit documents, receive documents and correspondence, and act on behalf of INTERKOL before government and local-government administrative authorities, offices, legal persons and natural persons: the President, Vice-President and treasurer.
