In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, to make declarations of will on behalf of the company: 1. in the case of acts whose value in a given financial year, in one or several transactions, does not exceed PLN 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) net, each member of the management board is authorised to act independently; 2. in the case of acts whose value in a given financial year, in one or several transactions, amounts to PLN 250,000.01 (two hundred and fifty thousand zlotys and one grosz) net up to PLN 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand zlotys) net, joint action by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required.
