Manner of representation

Each partner is authorised to represent the company independently and without limitation in the scope of the ordinary activities of the company. For activities falling outside the scope of the ordinary activities of the company, representation by at least two partners acting jointly is required. Liabilities and expenditures of the company exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) are deemed to be activities falling outside the scope of the ordinary activities of the company.
