1. Two members of the management board are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association and to incur property obligations. 2. The signature of one member of the management board is required for submitting grant proposals and other applications for external funding of the association. 3. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required for submitting financial and substantive reports to the grantor within projects implemented by the association. 4. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required for submitting applications in matters other than property matters.
