Manner of representation
In the case of a one-person management board, the right to represent the foundation shall be vested in the member of the management board independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the right of representation of the foundation shall be vested in: a) the President of the Management Board independently; b) two members of the management board acting jointly, provided that, in the case of incurring liabilities exceeding the value of PLN 50,000.00 gross, two-person representation shall be required, and in the case of a one-person management board, the foundation's management board shall obtain the founder's consent.
