Manner of representation
The management board conducts the affairs of the company and represents it in all judicial and extrajudicial acts. In the case of a multi-member management board, in matters up to and including PLN 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand zlotys), each member of the management board is authorized to submit declarations on behalf of the company independently (single-person representation), whereas in matters exceeding PLN 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand zlotys), joint action by all members of the management board jointly is required (joint representation).
