Manner of representation

1. To make declarations of will on behalf of the association resulting in the incurrence of property liabilities exceeding PLN 30,000.00, the joint action of at least two members of the management board is required. 2. In all other cases, making declarations of will on behalf of the association requires the independent action of the President of the Management Board or the action of at least two members of the management board. 3. Declarations made to the association and service of documents may be effected upon one member of the management board. 4. The right of a member of the management board to conduct the affairs of the association and represent it concerns all judicial and extrajudicial acts.
