Manner of representation

The President of the Association represents the Association externally, in particular: a) makes decisions on behalf of the Association in matters not exceeding ordinary management; b) signs agreements, arrangements and other documents arising from the Association's activities; c) makes declarations of will in matters concerning the Association; d) may act independently or jointly with other members of the management board in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association; e) represents the Association before public administration authorities, courts and other institutions.
