Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board is authorized independently to make declarations of will and dispose of a right or incur property liabilities if a one-person management board is appointed, or two members of the management board acting jointly if a multi-member management board is appointed. 2. Each member of the management board is authorized independently to make declarations of will and dispose of a right or incur property liabilities with a value of up to PLN 2,000.
