Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of the association, the following is required: 1. In the case of obligations not exceeding PLN 10,000, the association is represented by the President of the Management Board or Vice-President of the Management Board. 2. In the case of obligations exceeding PLN 10,000, the association is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or Vice-President of the Management Board. For the validity of other declarations of will, in particular letters and documents, the signature of a member of the management board acting independently or of a person authorised by the management board is required.
