Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the following signatures are required, respectively: a) in property matters up to the amount of PLN 10,000 net: the signature of the treasurer or another member of the management board designated by the treasurer in writing; b) in property matters exceeding PLN 10,000 net: the signatures of the treasurer and the President or Vice-President; c) in non-property matters: the signature of the President or another member of the management board designated by the President in writing.
