Manner of representation
1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in pecuniary and non-pecuniary matters shall be made by the President of the foundation or the Vice-President of the foundation independently. If the management board consists of more than two persons, declarations of will shall be made by the President of the foundation or the Vice-President of the foundation independently, or by two members of the management board jointly. 2. By resolution, the management board may grant a temporary or permanent power of attorney to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently to each remaining member of the management board or to another person.
