Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters except property matters may be made by each member of the management board independently. In property matters, i.e. contracts and other obligations, the President of the foundation as well as each member of the management board may sign independently, excluding obligations exceeding the amount of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys). In the case of an amount exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys), the decision must be made and the signatures must be given by two members of the management board simultaneously.
