Manner of representation
Each member of the management board is authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. The President of the Management Board performs the function of the head of the workplace within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code. In agreements concluded between the foundation and the President of the Management Board, the foundation is represented by the remaining members of the management board or an attorney-in-fact of the foundation.
