Manner of representation
The method of representation of the foundation is set out in § 24 of the foundation’s statutes: § 24 [Representation of the foundation] 1. The foundation has one-person representation, and in the case of liabilities exceeding ordinary management, two-person representation, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board. 2. Each member of the foundation’s management board is authorised to represent the foundation independently. 3. Declarations of will concerning the performance of the employer’s duties are made by the President of the Management Board or a member of the management board authorised by him. 4. In matters concerning the incurring of property liabilities exceeding PLN 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand złoty), joint action by at least two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board, is required.
