Manner of representation

The management board manages the entire activity of the association and represents it externally in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association and applicable law. The management board consists of 1 to 3 persons, including the President. The President is designated by the general meeting of members during the election of the management board. If a one-person management board is appointed, the President has the right to represent the association and has the right to incur property obligations. If a multi-member management board is appointed, the President together with one member of the management board, acting jointly as two persons, represent the association and have the right to incur property obligations.
