Manner of representation

The foundation may be represented and declarations of will, including in property matters, may be submitted: a) in the case of a one-person management board – by the President, acting independently; b) in the case of a two-person management board – each person may act individually; c) in the case of a management board consisting of more than two persons – declarations must be submitted jointly by at least two persons, with the mandatory participation of the President of the Management Board.
