Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made: - by each of the founders independently; the President of the foundation's management board acts independently to represent the foundation externally, and, in particular, the following are also authorised to make declarations concerning the foundation's property rights and obligations: - the President of the foundation's management board - independently; - two members of the management board - jointly; - a member of the management board - independently in matters of ordinary management.
