The subject of the contract is the preparation of an internet network based on a design approved by the contracting authority, which, once approved by the contracting authority, will constitute Annex No. 1 to the Contract. Using its own fully operational equipment, the contractor will provide an internet signal to the rooms at the Festival venue indicated by the contracting authority and build a stable internet network via cable or Wi-Fi. The signal is intended primarily for exhibitors’ devices and receivers in the trade fair zone, as well as the contracting authority’s devices and areas indicated by it. The service also includes: 1) connecting all fixed and necessary mobile receiving devices and configuring transmitting devices, 2) carrying out tests by 18.09.2025 by 15:00, signing the network acceptance protocol constituting Annex No. 2 to the contract, and providing the password or passwords for access to it in accordance with the approved design constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract, 3) supplying the Atlas Arena and Sport Arena spaces with the required signal levels needed to hold festival attractions and ensure the uninterrupted operation of devices, in particular in the gaming zone (Sport Arena floor), conference rooms A, B, C and D (Atlas Arena level 0 and level 1), VIP zone (Atlas Arena level 3), trade fair zone (Atlas Arena level 0 floor and +2 ring, and Sport Arena level 0), and accreditation, cash desk, ticket and information points
