Manner of representation

1. The following are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in matters concerning assets: 1) in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board acting independently; 2) in the case of a multi-member management board – the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly; 2. In matters concerning assets exceeding PLN 50,000 or which may significantly affect the financial situation of the foundation, the consent of the foundation council is required, and in the absence thereof – the consent of the founder. 3. The management board of the foundation is obliged to maintain transparent financial management and prepare appropriate documentation for each material legal act related to the assets of the foundation.
