Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board may incur liabilities on behalf of the foundation up to the amount of PLN 50,000.00 gross (fifty thousand złoty), provided that they are related to the purpose and implementation of the foundation’s activities. In the case of agreements concluded for a fixed term, the entire term of the agreement is taken into account, and in the case of agreements concluded for an indefinite term, a period of one year is taken into account. Once this amount is exceeded, the written consent of the founder is required. A member of the management board may incur liabilities on behalf of the foundation acting jointly with the President of the Management Board under the rules applicable to the President of the Management Board described above.
