Manner of representation

1. The association is represented by the management board. 2. The Chairperson of the association and the Vice-Chairperson of the association have the right to represent the association independently, subject to the provision below. 3. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning: 1) financial obligations and 2) signing collective labour agreements, rules, statutes, agreements or other collective arrangements defining the rights and obligations of the association's members or persons performing gainful work who are not members of the association, joint action by two members of the management board is required, including always the Chairperson of the association or the Vice-Chairperson of the association.
