Manner of representation

The following persons are authorised to submit declarations of will in property matters falling within the competence of the Union’s management board: the Chairperson of the Union and the treasurer acting jointly, or two other members of the management board acting jointly with the treasurer. The joint action of two persons, including the treasurer, is required for the effective submission of a declaration of will. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of the property, and in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of Members of the Union or of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of the Union is required.
