Manner of representation

To submit all declarations of will concerning the association's property rights and obligations and to sign documents on behalf of the association, the joint action of two members of the management board is required: the President and the Deputy President, or two Deputy Presidents. In non-property matters, the association is represented by each member of the association's management board independently.
