Manner of representation

1. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to incur property obligations and represent the association externally. (This also applies to submitting bids and concluding contracts in public procurement proceedings, competitions, etc.). 2. In matters other than those specified in section 1 of this paragraph (e.g. contact with the media and social media), each member of the management board is authorised to act independently. 3. The association may also be represented by attorneys-in-fact appointed by the management board. 4. In agreements with members of the management board, the association is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by the general meeting of members.
